MTV’s True Life: I’m a Reality Star
March 8th, 2006
Hey so this is my first official blog after the show. I’ve never really blogged before, so bear with me. Thanks everyone for the great comments and emails I’ve been getting. So at the end of my segment, the caption read "He has yet to land another acting job". Well…that’s not true. I just landed a role in a new movie called "Loaner"! I play the role of Kao Wong, aka Rocket Man. I’m a Chinese gang leader and I have 5 scenes and two fight scenes. I have a lot more lines than "Nice race Hercules and I think we will" haha…
I meet with the fight choreographer this week because my character is proficient in Kung Fu. One fight is at a night club and another is a one on one fight with one of the main crime bosses.
I’ll keep everyone updated!

Hey Dan,
I didn’t know who you were until I saw you on MTV. I think you’re cute but you definitely need to cut your hair back to how it looked like in your calendar pics. If your intentions are to get more attention, then definitely cut your hair shorter. Good luck with your acting career!

Hey Dan,
Hi from your supporter in HK whom met your Aunt to help distribute your calender back in ‘03/04. You once also personally called me in Honkers all the way from Texas! For everyone reading this- it’s true- Dan’s a great guy and very personable towards his fans- even the male ones!! (Heh).
BTW Pleae say Hi to your Mom for me too- she’s so nice!.
Anyway, I hope they’ll air your MTV special here in Honkers soon…will keep an eye out for it.
And congrats on the roles you’ve had so far.
But mate…won’t it be great to NOT play a fricken gangster/evil Asian warlord for a change! Now, if I were running Hollywood….!!
All the best from your fans in HK.
Evan
